The Artisanal Journey (Shipping)
At God Favorite House, we believe that true luxury cannot be rushed. Each garment is a result of meticulous craftsmanship and dedicated artistry.
Production
As each piece is custom-commissioned, please allow 3–5 weeks for our artisans to bring your garment to life.
Delivery
We offer complimentary insured shipping on all domestic orders. Once your piece has passed our final quality inspection, you will receive a personal notification with tracking details to follow its journey to your door.
International
We provide worldwide courier services. Please note that international commissions may be subject to local customs duties and taxes, which remain the responsibility of the client.
Our Policy on Returns & Exchanges
Because every creation at God Favorite House is custom-tailored or made-to-order specifically for you, all sales are final. In the world of high tailoring, a garment is a personal commission—a unique reflection of the individual. For this reason, we are unable to accept returns, offer refunds, or facilitate exchanges for a different style once production has commenced.
Our Commitment to Fit
While we do not offer refunds, your satisfaction is our highest priority. If your custom garment requires minor adjustments to achieve the perfect silhouette:
- We offer a one-time Alteration Credit or in-house adjustment service within 14 days of delivery.
- Please contact our Concierge Team to discuss your fit and schedule a consultation.
Damaged or Defective Items
In the rare event that a garment arrives with a structural defect or was damaged during transit, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt. We will prioritize the repair or replacement of your piece to ensure it meets our exacting standards.
